Nice! So... What's the catch?

Okay, so after my Mac apparently decided to die for good. (Finally! It's been slow since last year! Not just last school year, last year, you know, in the Gregorian Calender.)
It wouldn't get past the starting screen, and gave a circle with a slash through it...
Yep, after enduring months of suffering to the point that my laptop was rendered practically unusable, it's finally fixed. Fixed as in removing the defective hard drive completely and erasing it, effectively giving the computer a new brain.
(They even replaced a crappy, scratched up rubber backing to my computer!)
It hasn't run this well ever! Not even when I first got it! asdfghjkl; I'm SO EXCITED TO HAVE A WORKING COMPUTER!!!!! >:U
It runs great!
(Finally the help desk, notorious for their slow "service" and general laziness got something done... In two class periods! They even reinstalled Java. What? I like my Minecraft. :3)
Ah... But, alas, there's a catch... (There's always one of those! :U)
All of my (not so) precious files are lost...
Even my homework and textbooks! ; A;
I think they may be able to recover them off of my old hard drive (They said they'd run a few tests, I think), but it's up in the air as to weather I'll get any of my stuff back...
Oh well... ^^ It's due to my old laptop's refusal to work properly that it was a chore to use it; in fact, I never used it unless I absolutely had to. So there wasn't much personal stuff and even homework on there...
Even Minecraft was practically unusable on there...
Although, I am wishing I had saved everything to a flash drive... Orz
Oh well, I'm gonna buy a new one ASAP, though. (All my old ones are full. Ha ha ha! ||D)

.hack games!!!

I've decided! Since the reserve for Pokemon White 2 is a PREORDER and the game comes out in June, I am going to spend this term's report card money on some .hack games and spend last semester's on the preorder. The games I am buying will be volume 3 of the .hack ps2 series: .hack//Outbreak  and the first .hack//G.U. game. After that, I will only have two games left until I have the whole series! ^^ And I am going to ask for those for my b-day! I'm doing this now after receiving quite a shock at seeing the price of a PS2. 30-40 dollars?! This may seem cheap, but this may also signal that GameStop may stop selling PS2 games in the near future! D: I have to get these games now!

New WiFi event!!!!!!

A new WiFi event starts tomorrow!!!!! (Saturday, March 19!) It's gonna be a late event for the two Victini Movies (Black and White) the WiFi event will be for a Reshiram in White and a Zekrom in White. Tucking in the Pokemon into the Dream World gains you access to a special area based on the movie, and a special C-Gear skin. I'm really excited! This has been the only news since the announcement of Pokemon Black and White 2. Details about that are EXTREMELY scarce. The only thing that has been revealed is the promotional art for Black Kyurem and White Kyurem and the fact that the two games are sequels for Pokemon Black and White and will be for the Nintendo DS. No screenshots, no gameplay info, no storyline info, nothing. They're really keeping us in suspense! I can't take this!!!!! I MUST KNOW!!!!! Arrgh!!!! The suspense is KILLING me!!!! xD

NEW POKEMON GAME!!!!!

First up, I apologize that this is a day late. I was too excited yesterday and forgot to post.
Not to the game... A NEW POKEMON GAME HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED!!!!! The new games called Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2 will be released in Japan in June of 2012 (This year) no American release date has been announced as of yet (however it IS on the official Pokemon US website, so it's going to come out here). The game will be for DS (YEEEES NO REGION LOCK!!!!!!) and will feature Black Kyurem and White Kyurem, details about the game are pretty scarce at this point and nothing about the gameplay or anything like tat is known. What's more?!?! A NEW POKEMON (Meloetta) HAS BEEN (quietly) REVELAED (Meloetta will be in a new movie starring Keldeo) !!!!! SOO MUCH NEWS IN ONE DAY!!!! *faints* OMFG I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!! *dies from excitement*
Authors note: I shall be getting Pokemon Black 2 EARLY!!!!1 I am getting the Japanese release of the game in June!!!!! :3

New Pokemon Game?!? Junichi Masuda Says Watch Pokemon Smash...

     Recently, when asked about a new mainseries Pokemon game, Junichi Masuda did something unexpected. Instead of dodging the question, he said straight up (a rough translation, here) "I can't tell you. All I can tell you is to watch Pokemon Smash this weekend." New Pokemon games are always revealed in either Coro Coro magazine or on Pokemon Smash. Coming with the February issue of Coro Coro this year, was the revelation of a new Pokemon: Keldeo, but no new game. It's been a year since Pokemon Black and Pokemon White were released in Japan, could this week's episode of Pokemon Smash be the revelation of Pokemon Grey version? Or could it reveal a new entry in the Mystery Dungeon series? Either way, I can't wait! I sure wish Pokemon Smash came on in the US! Rest assured, I will get the news as soon as it comes!

    Note: In my personal opinion, I believe it's (unfortunately) a little too early for Pokemon Grey (You never know, though). I feel that the time is perfect for a new Mystery Dungeon, and that's what I will be expecting! I am DYING for a continuation of the BW storyline, though... I MUST know!!!! Such a cliff-hanger!!!!!! But again, I could be wrong.

One downside, though: They had to wipe it COMPLETELY clean. Nothing is left. T_T I had to delete a lot of folders... But I got all of my homework okay... I'm sooooooooo glad I always carry two flash drives with me at all times!!!!!!

I made a moustache today! :3

Today in art I had to finish my graphic novel about George E Ohr, the self-procleaimed "Mad Potter of Biloxi." It was pretty interesting, but mine was 21 pages, so it took FOREVER to print. Especially considering it was 21 pages long and it printed each page one at a time. >_< I get to turn it in on Tuesday instead of today because it took so long to print and I wasn't able to colour it. Anyhow, back to mustaches... George E. Ohr had one of the LARGEST mustaches you'll ever see! So me and Lindsey were dancing (an Irish jig!) and making mustache jokes in the library while we waited for it to print. And in geometry my dreams came true! We got red pens to grade our tests, so I drew a mustache on my finger and I held it over my mouth when I talked. Yep. Mustaches on the brain! :3 Anyone remember the Potter Puppet Pals, Mustache Buddies? My mitosis comic was themed to that!

New Pokemon game?!?! (Pokemon Grey?!?!)

Just trying to take my mind off of my aunt right now. So, I decided to post about this.

Recently some special coding was discovered in Pokemon Black and White. Many Pokemon have alternate forms, let me explain it like this. If a Pokemon has no alternate forms (pikachu, hippopotas, emboar, etc.), in the chart (pic) it has a zero next to it. Likewise, if it has ONE alternate form it has a TWO next to it (shaymin, giratina, shellos) BUT Kyurem has a ONE for a form, and his sprite number refers to Melotta's sprite. This means that Kyurem's alternate form is a placeholder, and was intentionally put into the data. That means that the sprite and the data is not there, but there IS a place for the data when it is created. Confusing?
The last time this happened was in Diamond and Pearl, Giratina also had a one next to it. Later in platinum, Giratina's alternate forme was revealed. When traded to Diamond and Pearl the new data was created.
With the release of Kyurem Vs. The Sacred Swordsman and the February issue of Coro Coro coming (when new games are usually revealed for some reason) I smell a new game announcement coming soon! Also with the reservation of the domain name "PokemonGray.com" several months ago by Melbourne IT DBS Services, the same company used to reserve the domain name "PokemonBlackWhite.com" the official website of Pokemon Black and White, a new game is imminent.

My aunt died today. (Was found dead today, rather.) I really don't feel like doing much. Just trying to keep going. Missing her a lot, really don't want to talk about it. If you talk to me, I would appreciate if people avoided the subject unless I bring it up. Not trying to be rude, but this is hard. Just don't wanna talk about it. I may say more later, but I'm just trying to keep moving. Thanks.

Next Destinies!!!!!

A new Pokemon TCG expansion is coming out! It's called Next Destinies, and it will feature all new cards, including Reshiram EX, Zekrom, EX, Mewtwo EX, and more! This new expansion also features cards such as the Level Ball and the Heavy Ball! This is strange because these items are unavailable in Pokemon Black and White... Yet this is a BW expansion?!?! Pokemon Grey anyone? I'm still buying Noble Victories, though. I want the FA N!!!!!!! :3

Yay! First manga in Japanese! ^^

Yay! My first manga in Japanese came in the other day!!!! I can read a little bit of it... It's called ポケモン　「BW」　炎らいのえいゆう　(Pokemon BW heres of Fire and Thunder) I know the title has more kanji in it, but furigana saves me again. I can only read a select few kanji. It's really good, I'm only on page 3, though. lol But N is my inspiration.... XD Anyhow, I look forward to being able to speak and read (better) Japanese in the future.

Premium member for a day!

Yes! You heard right! Yesterday DeviantART gave everyone a free premium membership, just for one day. It was so cool! Usually you have to pay, but for one day, I got experience premium features! I loved it! I wish I had the money for one... But it was still really cool, maybe I won one of the premium memberships they were giving away! Maybe... But not likely... Anyhow, in other news, my blog is still blacked out to protest SOPA. I'll take it down when the bill is dead. Plain and simple. SOPA is just a bad idea. Period. Piracy is wrong, but SOPA is vague, and it tramples on constitutional rights. SOPA could give the government the right to censor the web! These policies are implemented in countries like China and Syria, where people have few rights! SOPA and PIPA are just a bad idea, it could badly affect online commerce. But the bill was delayed (again) thanks to everyone's protest. (I didn't get on DeviantART on Wednesday, almost nobody did) So thanks to all of the petition signers and online protesters, the bill's future looks pretty bleak.

If you want to use Wikipedia tomorrow, you're going to be out of luck. Many sites including Wikipedia and Reddit (among others) are going dark tomorrow to protest the proposed legislations called SOPA and PIPA. These legislations are a total violation of user privacy, and are invading into websites' privacy policies. I hope that everyone else will also go black on Wednesday. Tomorrow, I won't use Twitter, Youtube, DeviantART, or even *sniff* Google. I hope the rest of America will honour this blackout as well. I will be on yahoo.jp and Nicovideo, though. Since they are Japanese sites and are not affected by the proposed legislation. But I am with the rest of the web here, this needs to be stopped!

Best Video Game Soundtrack. Ever.

So, this is kind of old, but the .hack//Liminality soundtrack I was going to give me mom for her birthday FINALLY came in around Christmas. She let me put the CD on my computer and I LOVE IT! If you ever find this soundtrack, buy it! It's amazing, the music's so complex! But it all blends together, perfectly. Like Michael Jackson, Yuki Kaijura is a GENIUS! Her compositions always never cease to amaze! Great CD! You must buy it! It IS a Japanese import, but CDs aren't region locked! So it'll play anywhere! ^^

What a week...

Tomorrow's thursday... Great. This week has SUCKED. I just feel SOOO TIRED! Like I have no motivation at all this week! To top that off, three tests this week! One of which NOBODY is prepared for. The only one I'm really confident about is history, that's a breeze. Just been a very tiring week. Very long.... I wish Friday would come, but then when we get back on Tuesday.... I have a geometry test. :( *le sigh*

My first manga! (In Japanese) ^^

I ordered my first manga in Japanese! ^^ It's ポケットモンスターB・W　炎雷の英雄 aka Pokemon BW heroes of Fire and Thunder! I ordered it from Yes Asia! (http://www.yesasia.com/us/en/home.html) It was actually cheaper on Amazon jp BUT shipping was express ONLY. Which, is fast.... But also $40. -_- Yeah, but I can't wait to get it. I probably won't be able to read it well, but I can try! ^^

Ah, first friday back!

So, I apologize for not posting for a while. Getting back to school is hard! Soo anyhow, the worst thing. Ever. Happened... My bro SPILLED WHITEOUT ALL OVER MY NEW TRADING CARDS!!! You know, THE ONES I GOT FOR CHRISTMAS! 15 of them ruined! He had to buy me two new packs! But he still RUINED my Liepard! :'( Wwwhhhyyyyy?!?!? I got another Liepard, though, but now I only have one. :( Anyhow. I have GREAT news to report! I-am-getting-better-at-Japanese! Yeah! Yesterday I read a sign with kanji on it! KANJI! Who cares if I only read the last half of the sign, and if it was the first-grade kanji for tree. I still read it! I can also officially count in Japanese! All the way to 99 ^_^ yes! Plus I can read almost all of hiragana and some katakana! ^^ But I did have a HUGE fail a couple of days ago... I was looking at sample questions for the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) and I decided to start with N 5, after all that sounds like the easiest, right? Well it's NOT! I almost died! There was too much kanji! I couldn't read any of it! THEN I FIND OUT N5 IS THE HARDEST! I went to look at N1 and it was MUCH, MUCH, MUCH, easier! It only had, like, one kanji on the whole thing! Ahh... That sure takes a load off!

Haven't Posted Much Lately....

Haven't posted much lately.... Been  on winter break :P Ah well, now I'm back to posting. Anyhow... For Christmas I got a lot of Pokemon Cards, The Unova Strategy Guide, Michael Jackson's vision, some other books, clothes, and random misc. stuff.
